the Facilitators
Robert Yñiguez, MS: Bob has a Master's
Degree in Education (specializing in EH/LD)
and a BS in Criminal Justice. He is a graduate of Arizona’s
Hispanic Leadership Institute.
Bob is a trained therapist with over 25 years experience. He specializes
in dealing with
sexual conflict and sexual victimization issues, mediation and gang
intervention. Bob has
been a Director of “Prejudice Reduction and Racial Tolerance” summer
Camps with
Anytown USA and Prehab of Arizona. He currently works as the Clinical
Director and
Therapist at Prehab of Arizona’s Homestead Residential Treatment
Center for girls.
Delores (Dee) Sutton, BSW: Dee
is originally from New York, a former gang member,
and she now works exclusively with at-risk youth. Dee is presently
a counselor at a
residential treatment facility for male juveniles with sexual conflict.
Some of her past
positions include: Counselor and Group Therapy Facilitator for sexually
abused girls;
In-Home Intervention Specialist for "families in need";
School Counselor specializing in
violent and gang-involved youth; Program Manager for group home facilities
for youth
transitioning out of prison; Mesa School PAG (Positive Alternative
to Gangs) Counselor
servicing various schools in the area. She is a professional Prejudice
Reduction Specialist
Trainer with NCBI (National Coalition Building Institute). She has
also been a Director of "Prejudice Reduction and Racial Tolerance" Summer
Camps with Anytown USA and also with
Prehab of Arizona.
